DFP Equity Fund No 1 is a closed-end unlisted fund established for the purpose of investing primarily in residential development projects.  The fund welcomes wholesale investors with a minimum investment of $250,000 and will provide investors with a target rate of return from a pool of loans secured by registered mortgages.

As a pooled fund, the DFP equity fund invests alongside investors, using pooled funds.  Each investor has a proportionate share in the entire mortgage portfolio vs a specific interest in any particular mortgage.

Investing across a wide range of loans secured by mortgages, across a diverse range of projects with broad geographic distribution spreads the risk and for investors and also the opportunity for returns.

The DFP Equity Fund No. 1 has been established as an ASIC complying managed fund pursuant to the Australian Government Regulation 1.03 of the Migration Regulations 1994 and is suitable for investing a subclass 188 Significant Investor stream visa applicant’s funds.
